Flotation separation

Gravity separation
Gravity separation is an industrial method of separating two components, either a suspension, or dry granular mixture where separating the components with gravity is sufficiently practical: i.e. the components of the mixture have different specific weight.
It suitable for Alluvial gold ,lead , chromium ect.
Leaching separation
Leaching is the process of extracting substances from a solid by dissolving them in a liquid.
The leaching of precious metals such as gold can be carried out with cyanide or ozone under mild conditions.
Leaching method suitable for Oxidized ore.
Magnetic separation
Magnetic Separation is which separating components of mixtures by using magnets to attract magnetically susceptible materials.
It suitable for iron , Manganese ore ect.
Ball mill

Ball Mill Working Principle: The ball mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. The grinding materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.
Ball Mill Structure: The machine is composed of feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control). The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable.
