Product Structure & Working Principle of cone crusher

It is mainly composed of a frame, a fixed cone assembly, a moving cone assembly, a spring mechanism, a bowl shaped shaft frame, a transmission, an electrical system, a thin oil lubrication system, and a hydraulic cavity cleaning system.

 

This crusher has a layered crushing characteristic. During the working process, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through a transmission device. The moving cone rotates and swings under the force of the eccentric shaft sleeve. The section where the moving cone is close to the static cone becomes a crushing chamber. The material is crushed by multiple presses and impacts of the moving cone and the static cone. When the moving cone leaves this section, the material that has been broken to the required particle size falls under its own gravity and is discharged from the bottom of the cone.
