wheel type sand washing machine
Wheel sand washing machine (stone washing machine )driven by the motor and reducer keep the impeller in the water tank making the circular to get rid of silt and others .after sand is cleared through the mesh in the wheel to into the belt converyor to the destination . if the sand so dirty we use the double water wheel washing wheel sand washing machine. wheel sand washing machine combins with crusher and drum scrren so on equipment to make the complete the production line
Working Principle:
The motor drives the impeller to rotate slowly through the V-belt, reducer, and gear. The sand and gravel enter the washing tank from the feeding trough. They roll under the impeller and grind each other to remove impurities covering the surface of the sand and gravel and destroy the coating at the same time. The water vapor layer of the sand grains is to facilitate dehydration; at the same time, water is added to form a strong water flow, which can promptly take away impurities and foreign matter with small specific gravity, and discharge them from the overflow washing tank to complete the cleaning effect. The clean sand and gravel are taken away by the blades, and finally poured into the discharge trough from the rotating impeller to complete the cleaning of the sand and gravel.
